Element Logic has yet again proven to be a “Great Place to Work” by being certified in 8 countries, one more than the year before. The countries include Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, and the Czech Republic. This achievement, surpassing our previous year’s accomplishment, is a testament to our commitment to fostering a nurturing and joyful work environment for all our employees.
Despite the challenges of a year filled with global uncertainties, our dedicated team members have voiced their satisfaction and pride in working with us.
Great Place to Work is a worldwide employee survey measuring employee satisfaction. Credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and community are the five dimensions that are measured. For a workplace to participate in the survey, there’s a minimum of ten employees and a Trust Index score of 70% to be certified.
