Nate has opened, relocated, retrofitted and led WMS-deployments at distribution centers on both coasts of the US and Canada, as well as in Australia. He has supported new category launches, international expansions, and built successful 3PL partnerships. Now, drawing on this body of knowledge, Nate is working on the leading edge of the ongoing E-commerce evolution as the Director of Operations Innovation for Trove Recommerce. Trove creates and operates branded, circular marketplaces for progressive global apparel brands and is reinventing how we think about retail.

Dr. Brian Gibson serves as the Wilson Family Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Supply Chain Innovation at Auburn University. His university roles are complimented by eight years of retail logistics management experience.
Active in industry-focused research, Gibson produces the annual State of the Retail Supply Chain Report. He is author of the Supply Chain Essentials e-textbook and co-author of two SCM textbooks. Gibson serves on the RILA Supply Chain Steering Committee, the CSCMP Board of Directors, and as NASSTRAC’s Education Advisor.

Jay has more than 25 years of experience in growth and turn-around companies with deep expertise in supply chain, global/domestic transportation, operations, omnichannel, retail, B2B, 3rd party logistics, vendor management, manufacturing (nutraceutical and pharmaceutical), raw material procurement, contract sales, industrial engineering, inventory planning/allocation, technology deployment, wholesale and C-Suite executive leadership for medium to Fortune 150 companies. Prior to SLB Performance, Jay was the Chief Supply Chain Officer for General Nutrition Centers (GNC) responsible for end-to-end supply chain from seed to shelf for the 9100 stores worldwide in over 50 countries, omni-channel fulfillment, manufacturing, wholesale and contract sales business. Jay was responsible for the strategy/design and supply chain transformation for several companies in his career. Prior to GNC, Jay held senior executive leadership positions for Kohl’s Department Stores, Linens N Things, Macy’s, Toys R Us and Tiger Direct. Jay serves on the University of Pittsburgh Katz Business School Advisory Council, Supply Chain Leaders Council for Retail Industry Leaders (RILA) and speaks at conferences throughout the US on a multitude of topics that affect business leaders today.
Cathy Morrow Roberson is an analyst with deep experience across the transportation and logistics business. Cathy is the founder of Logistics Trends & Insights which provides strategic supply chain research and analysis. She also writes weekly articles for Air Cargo World on such topics as freight forwarding, express, and cross-border eCommerce and also serves as a research manager for the Reverse Logistics Association.
Tony Selep | Solution Net Systems, Inc | Director of New Business Development
Tony started as a technician, then moved to an on-site field engineer where he worked on the UPS project for seven years. After that, Tony managed the US West Region Service Department. From there, moved into several roles, including, International Business Manager and Director of Emerging Markets, and finally moving into his current role of Director of New Business Development in the Federal market.
