Rod has a 20+ year track record of successfully building purpose-driven brands. He served as COO of charity: water, a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. He was also President of the Nonprofit/Cause-Related Group at Media Ventures Group, where he helped drive strategic growth for brands, sports and entertainment properties, and nonprofit organizations. Charles Sheppard is Sr. Vice president of Global Sourcing and Distribution for Superior Group of Companies (formerly Superior Uniform Group) He has been with Superior for 35 years in various roles. He has had a senior role in managing distribution since 1990. Mr. Sheppard is also responsible for managing the companies apparel sourcing in 14 countries and 46 factories. As VP IT and Logistics, Pierre Boucher is responsible of the evolution of the Information Technology at Peerless Clothing, a company that has close to 2,000 employees in Canada and the USA.
He has nearly 25 years of direct IT experience, the last 15 of which in the position he currently holds. Mr. Boucher also has over 7 years of IT consulting where he participated in several large ERP implementation projects (SAP) for various companies in different sectors including manufacturing (consumer goods), high-tech, utilities, government services, clothing and entertainment.
Jean-Francois Désy is Chief Engineer for Peerless Clothing Inc. He graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1993. Since then, he has been working for Peerless Clothing as an engineer first in the Montreal factory and on multiple projects in the Peerless Distribution Center in Vermont. Today, M. Désy is in charge of the Montreal engineering department and maintenance crew. He is supporting his team to make sure that the factory maintains a high production efficiency. In the Vermont DC, he was in charge of the 3 expansions done in 2006 (320,000 ft2), 2012 (288,000 ft2) and 2018 (465,000 ft2). He was also in charge of the design and implementation of 3 innovative GOH sortation systems (1999, 2014 and 2019).

Dr. Brian Gibson serves as the Wilson Family Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Supply Chain Innovation at Auburn University. His university roles are complimented by eight years of retail logistics management experience.
Active in industry-focused research, Gibson produces the annual State of the Retail Supply Chain Report. He is author of the Supply Chain Essentials e-textbook and co-author of two SCM textbooks. Gibson serves on the RILA Supply Chain Steering Committee, the CSCMP Board of Directors, and as NASSTRAC’s Education Advisor.

37 years with the company. Although in IT, very much a 3PL operator at heart. Finished school at De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines. All these years in the company and yet it never seems to get old. Fortunate to be able to apply and be a part of innovative solutions for partners like Walmart, Target Stores, Macys and HP….to name a few.
Led and played key roles in projects involving the integration and commissioning of material handling components, install, configuration and run of 3PL execution applications like WMS, YMS and TMS , the development and run of proprietary customer facing applications. Currently is the Head of IT Operations for Maersk Warehouse and Distribution (WND) in North America. Maersk WND IT operations is a part of the global Maerk IT organization. It is an internal team of 20+. Working along with service providers like AWS, Manhattan Associates, JDA, PINC, Trinium, ZEBRA, Open Text and other third party providers. Services include but is not limited to Infrastructure (networks, data center and user devices), EDI services and Application Support.
