SDI ACQUIRES VATIC CONSULTING GROUP: EXPANDS SERVICES IN SOUTH AMERICA
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – LOS ANGELES, JULY 30th, 2015 —As part of a regional growth process, SDI acquired Vatic Consulting Group— a South American company with 10 years of experience in the region specializing in strategic, tactical and operational supply chain consulting.
One of the biggest challenges facing companies today is developing an efficient and reliable supply chain. Between the rapid growth of fuel prices, the challenges posed by expanding markets in an increasingly globalized world, and the need for companies to maximize profitability, it has become crucial to develop an optimal supply chain design.
