The Mini-Tilt sorter was the natural evolution of our larger tilt sorters and was designed and engineered to sort such small goods as jewelry, watches, CDs, DVDs, pharmaceuticals, books, mailers, etc.
The Mini-Tilt sorter is available with single or dual sided diverts. The maximum speed for this sorter is 200 feet per minute. The system is pneumatic-based and the induction stations are available with both manual and automatic induction stations.
Trays tip at 60 degrees and can be customized to customer specifications. The Mini-Tilt Tray Sorter is designed to handle small product at rates of up to 12,000 units per hour. The compact and efficient design allows the machine to be applied across numerous industries.
